1. Nature of Service (Research Only)
   The Service provides market research, education, and signal ideas. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You make all trading/investment decisions at your own risk.
    

2. Access & Delivery
   After successful payment, access instructions are sent to your provided email within one (1) hour. You’ll receive steps to join the Peni2Dollarz Discord Crypto Intelligence channel using that email. If you don’t see the email: check spam/junk, then contact support at Info@peni2dollarz.com.
    

3. Eligibility & Self-Custody
   You must be of legal age and permitted by your local laws to use this Service. You retain full custody of your assets and trade on your own accounts/wallets/exchanges. Peni2DollarzFx does not execute trades or hold funds on your behalf.
    

4. Pricing & Refunds
   Unless otherwise stated on the checkout page, access is sold as a one-time purchase (currently $50) for the content and resources described. All sales are final due to the digital nature of the Service.
    

5. Use of Materials (License & Restrictions)
   You receive a personal, non-transferable license to view the content for your own use. No sharing, reposting, reselling, or redistribution of reports, signals, dashboards, Discord content, or emails is allowed without written permission.
    

6. Third-Party Platforms
   Parts of the Service are delivered via third parties (e.g., Discord, email providers, charting/data sites). Availability is subject to their uptime and policies. You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts on those platforms.
    

7. Risk Disclosure
   Crypto assets are volatile and speculative. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your capital. Always conduct your own research (DYOR) and use prudent risk management.
    

8. No Guarantees
   We do not guarantee profits, specific outcomes, delivery timelines beyond stated processes, or uninterrupted access. Signals/research may change without notice.
    

9. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peni2DollarzFx LLC and its team are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the Service, including trading losses, data issues, or platform downtime.
    

10. Termination & Moderation
    We may suspend or revoke access for misuse (e.g., content sharing, harassment, spam) without refund. Community participation is subject to our moderation rules.
     

11. Privacy
    We use your email and basic info to deliver access and updates. See our site’s Privacy Policy for details.
     

12. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
